Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your jewelry carefully.
If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, start the exchange process here: baraboheme.com/apps/returns
Exchanges
We offer a 30-day exchange policy for domestic orders, beginning on the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds.
To qualify:
Items must be unused, unworn, and include the original proof of purchase.
Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability), or for another item of equal value.

Processing time:
Please allow 5–10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.
During high-volume seasons, processing times may be longer.
Note: This exchange policy applies only to purchases made directly through Bara Boheme. For items purchased through third-party vendors, please follow their return policies.
Repairs
Free Repairs
We offer free repairs for manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase (domestic orders only).
Beaded jewelry must contain at least 80% of its original beads to be eligible for free repair.
If less than 80% of beads remain, we can still repair your piece, but an additional charge will apply.
Paid Repairs
After 90 days, repairs are subject to a fee based on the item’s condition and repair needs.
Costs typically range from $10–$35, but may be higher for more complex work.

To request a repair, please email returns@baraboheme.com with:
A clear photo of the damaged item on a white background, showing only the jewelry piece.
A brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will provide a repair cost estimate and next steps.
Permanent Jewelry
All permanent jewelry sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or repair.
