Exchange & Repair Policy

We truly appreciate you as a valued customer and want you to love your bara boheme jewelry. Upon receiving your order, please inspect your jewelry carefully.

If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, contact us at returns@baraboheme.com immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

  • We offer a 90-day exchange policy from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in unused, unworn condition and include the original proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability, or an item of equal value.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
    • During high-volume seasons, this time frame may be subject to delay.
  • Note: This policy applies only to purchases made directly through bara boheme jewelry. Items purchased through third-party vendors must follow their respective return policies.

Repairs

  • Free Repairs: We offer free repairs on manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase for domestic orders.
  • Beaded jewelry must contain at least 80% of its original beads to be eligible for free repair. If there is not 80%, the item can still be repaired but with an additional charge.
  • Paid Repairs: After 90 days, repair costs will be determined based on the item's condition and cost.
  • To request a repair, please email us at returns@baraboheme.com and provide:
    • A clear and concise photo of the damaged item.
    • The photo should include only the jewelry piece on a white background.
  • Once reviewed, we will provide a repair cost estimate. The cost generally ranges from $10 to $35, but it may be higher depending on the item and type of repair.
