Gold-filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of solid 14K gold over a base metal. It contains significantly more gold than gold-plated jewelry, making it much more durable and long-lasting. With proper care, gold-filled pieces are designed to be worn daily and maintain their color over time.

Use a soft measuring tape, string, or ribbon and wrap it snugly around your wrist where you’d normally wear your bracelet. Mark where it meets, then measure that length against a ruler.

For a comfortable fit, add:

• ¼–½ inch for a snug fit
• ½–¾ inch for a relaxed fit

If you’re between sizes or prefer stacking, we recommend sizing up slightly.

Permanent jewelry is a clasp-free bracelet, anklet, or necklace that’s custom fit and welded directly onto you. It’s designed to be seamless, minimal, and worn all the time.

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for domestic orders, beginning on the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, unworn, and include the original proof of purchase.

Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability), or for another item of equal value.

Processing time:

Please allow 5–10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.

During high-volume seasons, processing times may be longer.

Note: This exchange policy applies only to purchases made directly through Bara Boheme. For items purchased through third-party vendors, please follow their return policies.

Repairs

Free Repairs

We offer free repairs for manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase (domestic orders only).

Beaded jewelry must contain at least 80% of its original beads to be eligible for free repair.

If less than 80% of beads remain, we can still repair your piece, but an additional charge will apply.

Paid Repairs

After 90 days, repairs are subject to a fee based on the item’s condition and repair needs.

Costs typically range from $10–$35, but may be higher for more complex work.

Repair Process

To request a repair, please email returns@baraboheme.com with:

A clear photo of the damaged item on a white background, showing only the jewelry piece.

A brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will provide a repair cost estimate and next steps.

Permanent Jewelry

All permanent jewelry sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or repair.

We aim to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of placement.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress. Simply use the provided tracking information on our delivery partner’s website to stay updated on your shipment.

Absolutely. Our home base is in Miami Beach, Florida, where we have an office and showroom available by appointment Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
