I purchased a permanent bracelet from Bara Boheme on 12/08/25 in Bryant Park in NYC. My neighbor and I purchased permanent bracelets and hers still looks great and mine is very tarnished. I think they gave me the gold plated instead of gold filled. I paid $103.44, they did have gold plated jewelry but I chose the gold filled and I think they gave me the wrong bracelet because it is very tarnished, no gold whatsoever left on the bracelet. I have the proof of purchase if you need to see that and I can send a picture of the bracelet. I’m just asking if anything could be done to help replace the bracelet.
